Ina Pesenka is a Tel Aviv artist known for her city-scapes oil paintings. Born in 1968 in Lugansk, Ukraine Pesenkastudied at the Lugansk art college (1983-1987) and the Ukrainian  Academy of Polygraphy (1989-1995).
